Jennifer Nissi

My name is Jennifer Nissi and I am proud and honored to call myself a Farmer! I co-own Rocca Di Cambio Farm, LLC with my husband Daniel Nissi. I was born and raised in Massachusetts, earned a degree in Criminal Justice from Westfield State University, was a former Miss Massachusetts USA 1997 and worked in the insurance industry for many years. I married and birthed two amazing sons, and was blessed to become a Mother. I was so grateful to have been able to stay home with them and homeschool. These boys, whose dream was to become farmers, led my family on a journey to ultimately purchasing a working beef farm in Washington, Vermont in July of 2021. On our farm we raise 100% grass fed black and red angus beef, meat chickens, egg layer chickens, and this year added turkeys to our list. Although we are not “certified” organic, we do not vaccinate or use any chemicals or pesticides on our farm.

My hope along this journey is to help educate our communities, bring awareness to the value of farmers, their hard work, sacrifice, and commitment to bring healthy, nutritious, high vibration food to feed your families. I also hope to bring awareness to where our food comes from, to educate children and their families and to encourage a new generation of farmers! It’s never too late to become a farmer and sometimes your children’s dreams end up becoming your own. You never know where life will take you on your journey, but I am forever grateful to my son’s that led us to this wholesome, fulfilling and honest life……in my son Marcello’s words “Farming is living”!
